Bondi Surf Ukuleles are constructed from Mahogany for the top, back and sides. The body is much deeper than most low cost ukuleles. This gives you much better resonance and a richer tone. The fretboard is an exotic wood called Purpleheart, and is beautifully contrasted with the one piece Walnut bridge. These are unheard of on a ukulele at this price!
These ukuleles play really well, which means you won't suddenly grow out of it. Too often with ukuleles around this price you'll find cheap materials and construction.
