Our Inspection Process
Before we ship out ukuleles, they all go through strict inspection, which ensures that any problems are spotted before dispatch. However, we want our customers to feel secured, knowing that all their ukulele purchases are covered by our Lifetime Warranty.
What's Covered Under The Warranty?
The following factory installed parts are covered by our warranty:
- All main body components
- Electronics
- Frets
- Tuners
(Strings are not covered under the warranty)
Our Shipping Guarantee:
We guarantee your ukulele will be delivered to you in brand new condition, free of any postal damage. This is applicable to all customers and is no additional cost to you. We simply guarantee that you get exactly what you payed for, no questions asked. If your ukulele is damaged in transit, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the ukulele and we will take care of the repairs/replacement.
Free Returns

How Do I Make a Claim?
To make a claim, please contact us through here
With your full name, order number and details of the claim. Our staff will ask for more information if needed and then issue you with a return authorization. Bondi Ukuleles will then make any necessary repairs or replacement under the warranty conditions. We will cover the cost of any shipping.
The warranty is automatically transferred to new instrument owner when given as a gift. Bondi Ukuleles will repair or replace any parts or all of the instrument when proven defective under normal use and during the warranty period. Bondi Ukuleles will determine whether or not the ukulele is defective.
Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Any non-factory components which have been installed after purchase
- Damage due to misuse, abuse, alteration, temperature effects or abnormal strain
- Accidental damage
- Normal fret wear and tear
- Any damage as a result of accessories
- Self made repairs
