The Carolina Panthers have quite the record in the NFL and the Hornets make their presence well known in the NBA. Charlotte has also claimed two NASCAR Cup Series races. Feel like getting out of town? Durham, North Carolina is home to the Durham Ukulele Group. They meet twice a month and there is a session for beginners followed by an hour long advanced/intermediate strum. You can do both if you like, and all are welcome to join.
