Bondi has taken one of their best value instruments and made it into a pineapple ukulele! We are blown away by the quality of this uke. I would describe the sound as a sweet, traditional Hawaiian tone. It also produces a much fuller sound compared to the figure 8 shaped ukes, due to the larger space inside the body. This allows the sound to resonate much better.
The appearance is stunning with the indigo pearl rosette, maple body binding and black ebony fretboard. If I was choosing between this pineapple and its cousin in the figure 8 shape, I would be choosing this pineapple. That's just my preference, but I can also say that all of the team here at Bondi Ukuleles are in love with this ukulele.
